1 . Description
Cement G - HSR is the product obtained from
grinding Portland cement clinker (consisting essentially of calcium silicate curing in water - hydraulic calcium silicate)
with the presence of only one or several types of gypsum as additive. No other additives except
gypsum or water, or both, is ground or blended with this clinker in the manufacturing of
cement class G. This product is used as a base cement for oil or gas drilling wells. Cement
class G can be categorized into two types: moderately sulfate -resistant and highly sulfate -
resistant. Cement G - HSR meets API Spec 10A - 2010 standard, 24th edition

- Bulk density (g/cm3): 3.18 ± 0.04
3. Application
Cement G - HSR is used to fill annular space between the well bore and casing or between the casings in oil and gas wells. Cement G - HSR can also be used in the construction of offshore structures, buildings as it can resist water intrusion containing
sulfate ions.
4. Requirements for environment and safety
Cement G - HSR is non-toxic and does not affect marine ecosystems. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required when handling this product
5. Packing
Cement G - HSR is packed in 1 ton big bag or as requested by clients. This product should
be stored in dry, cool places.
